Valley Ranch Art wants you to enjoy your new work of art! We understand, however, that sometimes your expectations and the art received may not be the same. Therefore, paintings may be returned within 5 days of receipt by the customer.
Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs (including insurance) are paid by the customer both ways. Paintings must be returned in original packaging and must be insured for the full sale price. A refund will be issued for an undamaged painting within 48 hours of its return to Valley Ranch Art, less 15% of the price.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you find that you need to return the painting.
